Montenegro's Supreme Court has delayed the extradition of Do Kwon, the founder of Terraform Labs, to South Korea. The postponement comes as a response to the Supreme State Prosecutor’s Office (VDT) request to protect legality. The VDT raised concerns about the legality of previous court decisions regarding Do Kwon’s extradition. Conflicting court rulings in Montenegro have been at the center of Do Kwon’s extradition saga.
